Hi! I'm SaiminSoup, but you can call me Saimin or Sai! I'm a Highland Cow Vtuber that streams on Twitch. I'm also an artist from time to time. If you see me around, I also mod for a few people and I'm just a lurker.Lore is still in the works but what I can tell you though is that... I am an assassin that runs a Noodle Shop, selling various types of noodles and other dishes. Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.GENERAL
• All artwork MUST include credit of either @SaiminSoup (Twitter) OR @Saimin (Bluesky)• All commissions require a reference or at least a very detailed description.• I have the right to refuse and reject service. You will be notified if I reject your request.• All art commissioned is for personal use unless we discuss commercial use.• Don’t ask me to make art like other artists, I have my own style.• There will be additional charges that may apply depending on the complexity of the design.• Once the request is finalized, I will send you the files as .pngs and watermarked ones as .jpegs for social media posting.Deadlines and Delivery
• Deadlines may vary due to personal life and availability. So please be patient.• You will get an estimated time (the longest it would take) once your request is accepted.• When I have multiple clients, priority will be given to those who have completed payment first.• If you wish to rush the commission process, there will be a +100% of rush fee.Intellectual Property Rights
• Do NOT use any of my art in any AI generators and for NFTs.• Do NOT Remove any watermarks, claim or modify/alter the work. (Non-negotiable)• Do NOT sell the artwork that you commissioned for more than you paid for.Revisions
• Revisions are free, but I don't do major revisions like changing the character or concept. I will do minor things like small detail add-ons, color changes, etc.• Major Revisions (Character, Concept, etc) will have a +50% fee.
• When the final product is sent, revisions are not allowed unless there are mistakes made by the artist.Payments & Refunds
• Commissions will be paid upfront.
➜ Clients may request a split 50/50 payment if the overall price is over $100.• I have the right to withhold the finished project files until the final payment is sent.• No chargebacks, cancellations, or refunds are permitted once the commission has been initiated.• The client can request a full refund if I have not yet started work.Use
